You'll have to be a little more specific. Assuming that you are talking about SharePoint 2010, he Related Queries results are provided by a Web Part. The only operations which are available via the SOAP Web Services (or at least those which I've wrapped in SPServices) are listed on the Search Web Service documentation page.
