New Post: Add new lookup item on the fly

Interesting solution russgove, thanks for sharing.

Question:  Does it work with a multiselect look up?  It seems like it "selects" the newly added item from the drop down, so I'm assuming no?  If not, any knowledge on how to do so would be helpful.
