Created Unassigned: $().SPServices.StartWorkflow triggers "the old/previous" version of the workflow [10252]

Time to time, this function seems to trigger "the previous/old" version of the SharePoint Designer workflow.
SPServices cache setting is force to "false".

Any suggestion to troubleshoot that?
