After releasing 2013.02 Paul Tavares (ptavares) and I noticed a few significant issues. These issues are fixed in 2013.02a. If you downloaded 2013.02, please replace it with 2013.02a. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks to Paul (yet again!) for his help and support.

For the record, the issues were:
- In SharePoint 2010, the current site context was not calculated correctly
- GetListItemChange and GetListItemChangesWithToken failed as they had in previous versions
- In SPDisplayRelatedInfo, if the relatedListColumn was not specified in relatedColumns, the function would fail with an error
