Here is the code I had to work with:

This defined a data connection within an InfoPath application (that uses SharePoint list data to populate dropdowns).
Although I recognized that I had done this a couple years ago to provide a sorted list for use as a dropdown, it took a few minutes of sub-conscious reflection before I realized that I could just run that URL in a browser. When I did that, the contents of the list appeared, and although I don't think the list name was among that data, it was enough to clearly identify the list for me.
