Edited Issue: Bug in SPRedirectWithID [10162]

Bug description: page gets redirected to "/&"

Bottom line: missing parenthesis around ternary operator when concatenating redirect Url.

I am using SPServices version 2013.01 and jquery 1.8.2, and IE9.
